So we're doing these weekly "audio blogs" with the Washington Blade, and I must say it's adding a very nice element to the show.  During at least one talking segment, we dedicate the conversation to an item that appears in that week's edition.  Having a topic to focus on gets people in the mindset of how things sound to the listener, and the show, while always sticking to its anarchic roots, gets some focus.  It's always been an audio diary (the history of my last 16 years is well played out on old cassette tapes and mp3s), but now we're becoming more socially relevant, IMHO.  The blog section of the Blade website is found here, so that's where you can go to hear our segments.

In other show news... I think we may be lucky enough to get some new folks to visit in the next couple of weeks, so I'm hoping we'll get a few that really work well with the group!  Patrick is also working on a little WGAY.FM music festival - more details on that later.

Almost ten years after first appearing online, the radio show is now getting a blog.  I'm hoping this will be a useful feedback tool, especially since we've started a collaboration with the Washington Blade.  More will appear soon, but in the meantime, tell me what you think of the show!
